As the core driving force of the new round of informatization development and industrial revolution, the disruptive achievements of artificial intelligence (AI) are rapidly and comprehensively infiltrating various fields of human activities. Moreover, as society is propelled towards the information age, the critical component of this change, the telecommunications network faces rapid and profound transformations. Novel approaches such as artificial intelligence (AI) will be essential to achieve these transformations efficiently. This workshop aims to raise Telcos personnel's awareness about the potential of AI and robotics in telecommunications, along with its drivers and challenges. The workshop also focuses on highlighting the business use cases of such technologies and how to create business value through their appropriate utilization.
